Creativity
takes
courage.

I started VisionPencil in 2019.

Seven years have passed.

Through those years, I have refined one thing.

Making videos that are clean and simple,

with a message held inside.

Spectacle catches the eye,

but videos that stay are quieter than that.

Comfortable to watch.

That was the grain I wanted to make.

Restrained color, ordered rhythm, natural flow.

Not heavy on the viewer,

yet something that remains.

That grain found its place.

Media art, manual videos,

corporate, institutional, and university video.

How video should work in public space,

how field workers receive an instruction video,

how a long-staying viewer is accompanied by a piece,

I have refined these answers every day for seven years.

Along the way I married. I became a father.

Looking at my son's face, one thing became clearer:

I want to make videos that stay.

Just as light transforms a space,

I believe video can transform a person.
