왜 만들었나
작품 뒤의 마음
처음 제너러티브 아트를 만들기 시작했을 때, 몇 주를 들여 한 작품을 거의 완성하면 노트북이 멈추고 파일이 사라지곤 했습니다. 되돌리기도 없고, 저장된 프레임도 없었어요. 그래서 저장이 아니라 보임으로써 살아 있는 작품을 만드는 법을 배웠습니다. 이 작품은 그 항복에 관한 것입니다. 결코 완전히 소유할 수 없는 무엇인가를 만드는 일에 관한 작품.

어떻게 생각했나
작품 뒤의 사고
홀로그램은 무게 없는 빛입니다. 빛으로 그려진 한글은 존재 자체처럼 행동합니다. 모든 각도에서 보이고, 매 순간 완전하지만, 붙잡을 수는 없습니다. 작품은 당신이 보는 동안에만 거기 있습니다. 시선을 돌리면, 당신 없이 계속됩니다.

혼자 앉는 자리에 두세요. 글자가 당신과 함께 있게, 다만 기억해 달라고 부탁하지 않게. 투명한 존재감은 그 자체로 하나의 동행입니다. 잡으려 하지 않고 사랑하는 더 조용한 방식을 가르쳐 줍니다.
